Customers will receive a refund upon giving a 48 hour notice of cancellation. Customers will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to SEVERE weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances only. And here on Hawaii Island we have a saying... "We like go" come rain or come shine. No-shows will be charged the full price.
